UK small businesses that run on email and a diary. The strongest fits today: trades (plumbers, electricians, heating engineers), transport and haulage (hauliers, couriers, pallet work, depots), and appointment-led businesses — clinics, salons, physios, vets, tutors. Storefront, wholesale, hire/lettings and events businesses have their own OS modules too, deliberately early and shaped with founding users.

The common shape: enquiries arrive by email all day, each one needs a knowledgeable reply and often a booking, and the owner is doing that admin at 9pm.
