Blocks sold in hours and spent by the lesson's length, a progress ladder in the DVSA's own words on the pupil's record with the test-day car gated on 'Test ready', the theory certificate's expiry answered from the record, a lesson cancelled from the pupil's own email under the 48-hour rule, and a Saturday waiting list joined from the portal.
